Terms & conditions

Please read carefully. These terms are based on the Nepal Telemedicine Guideline 2077 (दूर-चिकित्सा सेवा कार्यविधि २०७७).

1. Registration and validity (Section 7 & 12)

I understand that my registration on this platform is subject to the approval of the relevant provincial health ministry. The validity of my telemedicine service registration is 4 years, and I must apply for renewal at least 3 months prior to expiration. Only services provided by registered institutions and approved mediums are considered authentic.

2. Patient confidentiality (Section 11)

I strictly agree to maintain the absolute confidentiality of patient health conditions, diagnosis, treatment information, and all personal data. I will not disclose any patient information to unauthorized third parties.

3. Record keeping and reporting (Section 9 & 10)

I agree to maintain detailed records of the services provided, staff involved, and service recipients as per Schedule 5 of the guideline. I will submit monthly reports to the designated health authority via the prescribed software.

4. Billing and tax compliance (Schedule requirements)

I confirm that I have provided a valid PAN/VAT number and uploaded the necessary tax clearance certificate. I agree to comply with all billing regulations set forth by the Nepal Government.

5. Professional conduct and licensing

I confirm that I hold a valid medical license from the relevant council (e.g., Nepal Medical Council) and possess the necessary qualifications for the specialization selected. I agree to practice within the scope of my expertise and follow the standard treatment protocols.
